Heath Pacha has over 25 years of experience as a Service Advisor and is a graduate of WyoTech. Stop in to see Heath at our Davenport Location.In 1978, Todd and Mick Landauer started the company, which at that time was a Meineke franchise. In 1993, they left the Meineke franchise and started operating under the name of Bi-State Muffler and Brake. In January of 2002 Mick Landauer bought out Todd Landauer, and owned, and operated Bi-State until 2010.
In 2010, Scott Hildebrant purchased Bi-State from Mick Landauer. At that point Bi-State added more services and entered the category of full service auto repair. In January of 2012, Bi-State changed the name from Bi-State Muffler and Brake to Bi-State Auto Service Center.
At one point Bi-State operated four different store locations. Currently we are operating under two locations, one in Davenport, Iowa and the other in Moline, Illinois.
